How It Works

As a private chef, I am here to help you bring your culinary ideas to life. All prep work, cooking, plating, serving and clean up are handled with an expert’s touch to keep you relaxed and enjoying your guests. 

Step 1 - Consultation & Menu Planning

We’ll discuss your preferences, likes & dislikes, any food allergies/sensitivities and the frequency of your chef service.

We’ll plan a menu that is unique, seasonal and exciting based on our discussion. From multi-course tasting menus, to passed hors d’oeuvres for cocktail parties, to buffet & family style dinners, I work with my clients to select the style best suited for your needs.

Step 2 - Book a Date

We’ll book a date for your event or special occasion meal and a deposit is required in order to hold the date. We will do a virtual walk-through of your kitchen to make sure I have everything needed to execute your vision.

A $500 deposit is required to hold the date and is refundable up to 72 hours before the date. 

Step 3 - The Main Event

I will personally handle all food shopping and source the best ingredients the area has to offer. All produce used is sourced seasonally at its peak freshness from local farms and markets.

Some food prep will be completed ahead of time. I will arrive at your home several hours before your dinner to assist in table set-up and cook for your event.

Step 4 - Clean Up

I ensure to always clean up after myself and your guests. I take the stress of hosting a party off of my clients shoulders so they can enjoy themselves from start to finish.
